- Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell products described on the Website or to make such products available in your area. ALMA JOYERIA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in ALMA JOYERIA sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged.
- Keep in mind, that the images of each item on the site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices.
- The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, ALMA JOYERIA has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase ALMA JOYERIA will issue a credit to your credit card account, or another payment can be agreed upon with the client.

- Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified, in writing, by the customer.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
- When the order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Products in PRE-ORDER may take 20 days to be shipped.
- Products in stock may take up to 12 days to be shipped.
- Items that are currently out of stock, but are available for backorder may take up to 20 days to be shipped. A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item. You will have the option of canceling this order at this time.
- Most of our stock is gold plated, but we can also plate the pieces in rose gold or silver according to your preference. This process will take us up to 20 days to ship.
- We can receive your payments with credit cards American Express, Visa and MasterCard or PayPal accounts. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
