WARRANTY

All our pieces are safely packed for shipping purposes and well designed. Each piece is certified with the name of the kind of nature that was treated, the place where it was handpicked, the date when the transformation process began, the care needed for the piece and the brand’s history. Also, our jewelry has origin certificate for duty purposes.

Manufacturing quality claims are received up to 20 days after receiving the order and ALMA, in order to do such claims the customer must write an email to info@almajoyeria.com with pictures of the piece. ALMA JOYERIA reserves the right to determine if the piece really has a manufacturing problem or if the problem is due to misuse of the product. If after this period you require to repair any piece, we are happy to help. Most of the time this rework can be as difficult as crafting a new one, so the associated costs are charged to the client as well as all shipping costs.
